Hello doc, 4 months ago i did my lft test. Everything was normal except alkaline phosphatase which was 171, but doctor doesn't show any concern and given me vit d tablets as my vitamin d level was 3 in blood test which is extremely low and b12 was also low..i accept that my eating cycle is bad..i have attached the report can you please look at it once and tell me is something concerning as till now i don't have any symptoms of abdomen problem..although my gut is not clear because of eating pattern and drinking less water..apart from this do i need to do anything

Your report mainly shows very low Vitamin D and B12, which explains why alkaline phosphatase was slightly high ,this is common and not worrisome if liver function is otherwise normal. Since you don’t have abdominal symptoms, improving your diet, hydration, and continuing supplements is usually enough.
