My kidney stone came out through urine last week but still I feel some pain on my right side under ribs. My ultrasound reports shows "minor prominence of right pelvicalyceal system and ureter is obscured" My urine test shows " Albumin traced, pus cells 5-6 hpf, epithelial cells 3-4 hpf". Do i need some medications or it will get better own its own. My all over ultrasound reports are normal

My friend has been having some issues since two months now. She started feeling internal vibrations in legs in november and was tested with nerve conduction study which was normal. She was also given a brain MRI which was fine. But she says she still has issues like heavy, numb legs and sometimes pain in different body parts and also tightness in muscles. She has been anxious because of this so she was told she has anxiety. But she has symptoms even after she has tried calming therapies. Her b12 level is 180 pg/mL. Could she be experiencing these symptoms from this?
