Few days ago I having fever nd cold,before the terment having mouth ulcer,wht the teratment of ulcer plz suggest

My doctor prescribed me Pantocid IT and actapro OD 300 once a day for hyper acidity and bloating and pruvict 1 along with duphalac at night for constipation. He also prescribed me clonotril 0.25 at night for anxiety to help me sleep. Ever since I'm on this medication, I feel dizzy and head spins sometimes in the afternoon and weak. Is this tablet side effect? Should I take any vitamins? Please advise. I have no other issues after doing tests. Only severe acidity and bloating.

I'm having a sharp pain in the left iliac region, exactly in the location opposite to the appendix region. This throbbing pain started all along the left hip bone from the back to the front iliac region in the morning, when I woke up, but after a bit of cold compress, the pain is now located above the frontal left hip bone where the bone dips down (picture attached and highlighted). Although, sometimes it radiates along the hip bone too. I feel better if I sit with my knees close to my chest. It pains when I straighten my feet or stand up. Please tell me what I can do? The pain has dulled now after defecation and passing urine. But it is not going.I have no fever or pain anywhere else. But I have a history of gastritis. Also I have a tendency of drinking less water as washrooms in the workplace are not good enough for use. But this has never happened to me before. Our family physician is not available so i would be highly obliged if medicines are suggested. Pls help?🙏

Hello doctor, i had done blood test yesterday, today when i removed the bandage which was applied after the blood test. I'm seeing this. Is it blood clot? It's not painful, however it aches sometime, please help

My mother had typhoid infection 8 days earlier. I'm attaching the report in which typhoid was detected. Doctor had asked for cbc and sugar report. I had done that test also. These both test were normal. Only the typhoid test was positive 8 days ago. So I'm attaching that report. Doctor had prescribed Ceftriaxone 1g IV daily 2 times for 7 days. And dolo for fever and cough syrup. She had completed the course of antibiotic and her treatment yesterday. But still a low grade fever between 98-99°f (armpit) comes in the evening between 4 pm to 10 pm. And from the morning to evening her temperature remain normal. But from 3 pm she feels little chill and body temperature varies from 98-99( armpit) Is this normal?

In my right knee, while walking i get a shooting type of ache, not pain. Idk if some nerve is pulled, i had a gym session 2 days back for shoulders after that its happening. Bt there was no pressure on the knee. It doesn't hurt to touch, doesn't burn or no shooting pain down the leg. Only a pinpoint ache when i walk, not always too, when my curvature of leg becomes straight and i try to stretch my leg, then it happens. Please help me :( Note: not pain, shooting ache type as if some nerve is getting pulled :/.

Sir I got my echo done in 2020 it said lv diastolic dysfunction in the report and the rest was normal. I had slight lung problem and they put me on maxiflo inhaler for 5 months saying asthma but told me to get off it which I did . Right now i have severe tiredness and can't do much physical work i feel shortness of breath also my heart beats really fast . Is it due to my heart?Do i need medication for diastolic dysfunction?I'm 20 years old .
