My 7 year old sone is having fever 101,and having severe cough and cold . What all to be done for cough and cold relief

I have some green patch like appearance in my thighs. It's not bulged. When I stand for long time my leg and lower back pains severely. Is this a sign of varicose veins? What is the treatment for this? Is this a normal or serious issue? Which specialist i have to check, if in case I have to consult the doctor.

Sir, I have taken Anti Rabies Vaccine on 08 May, 11 May, 15 May, 05 June 2022 for a scratch by a bot and further I have also taken 2 booster doses on 19 September and 22 September 2022 for a suspected scratch by dog. For how long I don't require further vaccination for any exposure???? Can the above vaccination and booster protect me from any further unnoticed exposure in future???

Tb patient 8 months completed from two months back I found some blood at my nail tip daily in different finger.. last month my doc also detect heart murmur & suggested me echo I did it two times & everything come back normal.. but this nail tip blood still come in a small amount in different finger nail tip.. can it be related to heart or medicine side effect ? From last 3-4 days got itching and mild burning in chin area only.  In last 7 days I have not used any face wash but used scruber which I normally used once in a week. First I thought it is because of the cut from the scrubber but then I realised that it is there for 4 days and itching is worst at night and particularly in chin area only.(No rashes are there) What is the reason for this specific area itching and way to stop it? I have beard all the time from last 6-7 years never faced something like this. In winter my skin become dry so I used VENUSIA MAX cream. (Body and face as per doctor) In that area currently I am using BOROLINE ANTISEPTIC CREAM

She mistookenly took 4 tablets of skin care tablet evion vitamin e capsule can u tell if there's a side effect for this? Will this be overdose ? Kindly tell us as we r worried now No symptoms
