Hi, Today suddenly I developed fever 101and severe Headache, body pain , no cold or cough but block nose , take PCM fever comes down but after some time Headache & fever 100 re occurs I want to know what was the cause of my problem? Taking BP readings for last few days.My diastolic is 80-87 in sleeping position but 90-95 in sitting position. Systolic in both cases is 120-135.Is this hypertension? I have no other health issues. Age-46

Yesterday at night I felt sharp pin point chest pain in left side of the chest for very few seconds and my heart was pounding too fast in those seconds and gradually it settled to normal ... I panicked because it was all of a sudden. My echo , ECG , halter monitor, CBC , CRP all tests are normal. I have history of covid but that was almost a year ago . My PEFR score was 450-550 . My total cholesterol is 214 and tryglycride level is 296 ... What can be the cause of this sharp pin point pain and since thn i am also feeling  mild  pain in my chest bones and sometimes in back also just behind the left chest side . Should i consult any pulmonologist or any other specialist ?
