I am having headache daily from 5 days It starts from whole head along with temples and scalp,then only at right portion pains then right subsides and left portiom starts to pain along with face swelling,pain in cheeks,eyes pain and I am too worried as I don't know what it could be my pain radiates to cheek,face,eyes and scalp also pains Please help

Is it ok to take mucinac 600 for 5 days two times a day, actually last week I consulted doctor for voice change and doctor find inside my mouth infection is there give antibiotics and advise to gargle but still I'm sometimes getting wet mucous like cough .Also I'm not getting continuously only thrice a day.So is it ok to take mucinac 600 for 5 days which will clear my mucous.please advise.

Hello, I consulted a doctor 2 weeks ago for throat pain, cough and fever. I got some relief after taking the prescribed antibiotics treatment. But now, I feel fever in morning only when I wake up and I am experiencing this from last week. I followed up with doctor again and gone through blood test for CBC, Dengue NS1, Malaria and Widal too. All tests came normal/negative (Can provide reports if required). Now I have been asked to take paracetamol (dolo 650) for another 5 days but it gives me temporary relief only. Can you please help me on this ?
