My heart beat when I wake up is between 100-110...during day it's between 80-95 while I do physical activities it increases to 100 what is the cause of increase pulse rate while waking up

Resting heart rate more than 100 needs to be investigated. causes may include being sick, anemia, overactive thyroid, anxiety or panic attacks, too much alcohol/caffeine, stress, fear etc.Get a baseline ECG blood investigation that includes CBC , renal profile glucose levels and thyroid function tests
