I have been suffering from cough since 2days. Can you suggest any antibiotics for the cough. I am not able to control it

7 days ago one street dog kept one leg on left feet of my 12 year old girl. No scratch or bleeding seen that time. Though after cleaning by soap tt given that day. I had throat infection and my doctor prescribed me novomax 500, citrizen, paracetamol for 3 days. I have completed the dosage except one novomax tablet which I spitted out while swallowing... And my throat infection got cured.. but after 2 days again sore throat symptoms started. Can I take antibiotics again? Why the reoccurrence happened doctor? Or is it again new infection?
