In 2018, I was diagnosed with spinal tuberculosis and treated for the same with AKT 4 for total of 6 months. The test was confirmed by FNAC as I had suprasternal lymph node swelling. Before diagnosis my weight came down to 48 kg from 56. I had recovered well from tuberculosis and gained weight too.
Now, My weight has been varying around 70-72 kg since 3 years and no such typical symptoms of tuberculosis is present. But I am having symptoms of back strain, low grade fever sometimes(99.5°F) since 3-4 months, low mood, etc. Based on history of TB, My doctor advised test for the same.
I want to ask if TB can happen without weight loss or not?
