Spine tuberculosis is sometimes difficult to treat. You should consult Infectious disease department at AIIMS NewDelhi. If needed they will do resistance testing too.

According to the history you have given and the latest MRI she hasn't shown signs of improvement with conventional 4 drugs regimen .So ideally drug resistance testing should be done before starting on other drug.if there are side effects to drugs then it's wise to stop and start on other drugs but depends on the side effect profile too if. It's reversible aide effects drug can be reintroduced monitoring the toxicity . Kindly consult with complete reports to get a clear picture of the illness.
Health Tips
Bring your chart of reports and investigations to my clinic with complete history of when drug was changed with dates to keep her on optimum and desirable treatment.

The specific treatment for TB is 4drug combination for 6 to 9months, (uninterupted). As your dr stopped medicines due to side effects , I regret for that. What kind of side effects she got.please remember all allopathic medicines have their own side effects, more with TB medicines.3 or 4 drug regime should be for at least 6months (uninterrupted course). If the side effects are life endangering, then you are justified. Side effects like nausea, vomitings , acidity Gas can be managed with medicines.Patients will pass dark colour or red urine during treatment, nothing alarming. Patient should go for liver function tests periodically.Patient will get drug resistance if you stop medicines in the middle of the  course, instead we can change the brand of medicine.
Next Steps
get liver function tests and report back .
Health Tips
plenty of water intake, fruits & juices avoiding masala may reduce the common side effects to some extent.

What kind of side effects did she show? Levofloxacin and Linezolid are both antibiotics but not against the Tuberculosis. These 2 antibiotics can be stopped
Next Steps
Please take her to a Pulmologist as early as possible

Dear. I have read the complete history and MRI finding. First of all a query, is the TB spine confirmed. Have they gone for CSF testing. Or any other confirmatory test. Are we not missing the diagnosis. What I m not able to understand is that why the side effects after 2 months, what were the side effects. You should have written in brief. Then they moved on to 2nd generation but she was not resistant to rifampicin.. Strange.. the treatment should start with 4 medicine but only 3 were started.. Rifampicin Pyrizinamide Isoniazid Ethambutol
Next Steps
Go for repeat testing..
