Abdominal tuberculosis

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My sister was diagnosed for abdominal tuberculosis. She is on ATT for more than a month. For Rifampin and Isoniazid, she was prescribed AKT 2 (450+300) initially. Then last week doctor changed it to R Cinex (450+300) capsule. Ever since taking R Cinex, she is vomiting in the morning after taking R Cinex and having itch in legs and hands and also leg pain. Please tell shall we change back to AKT 2?

You should mention to the treating doctor of the changes seen so that the changes in medication can be done and you shouldn't change the treatment on your own.
