I got my annual health checkup done and need an expert opinion as there is vitamin deficiencies and few things at borderline.

I will be coughing as I lie down to sleep and this disturbs my sleep . Why is that i cough only when i lie down to sleep, whom i need to consult for further evaluation is it a serious issue i am having this issue from long time.

My daughter is 3 years old and she is having temp above 100 past 5 days now .I am giving p250 6 hours once and mucolite for cough.her temp is increases above 101 during mid night.she is active and eating well too.Should we consult doctor directly.Please suggest

I don't have any one in my family no mom dad brother sister no one. Everyone died in a car accident. I am completely alone i don't have a family 😭. I have no one to talk to. My job is also work from home and i am introvert too. I don't have any one in my life who loves me. I feel like committing suicide, but i have no one who could even burn my dead body, not even a relative. Please pray for me i want a girl who loves me, with whome i can raise a family. I don't even have friend, i used to have a cousin brother he also died few months back. Please pray for me doctors i am going into depression. Not even a maid works in my house. I have to do everything myself. I feel like a should eat some poison and kill my self. My only hope is to get a girl who loves me. I will love her more than anything in this world, i cannot even do an MBA i don't have any financial support.

From my stool side Something white comes out like water And then I feel weak and sick I want to know Is it problem Feeling weak because of that white coming out from my stool?

Hi my PTH report is 22.6 pg/ml. Is this normal. My vitamin B12 is normal My calcium is normal My ESR count is 33, what is the reason why my ESR has gone up to 33. Is there any test to further analyse the reason for hike in ESR. I know some infection but is there a test to diagnose the cause. Kindly advise. Thank you

From last few months I have a Bulge on the side of the left forearms. It is painful when touched with pressure or when the area accidentally hits something. Feels like like a pimple or a blister inside the skin. It's not visible from outside but can be felt when touched. Attached a picture though the bulge is not visible here. What kind Doctor to consult for this?
