I got tetanus shot 2months ago, today I got minor cut from iron vegetable cutter. Should I need the shot again? I heard that vaccine shot protection wouldn't last 6months. Is it true?

Hi I was having fever with stomach problem and loose motion and later diagnos with Typhoid . Fever was for 15 days and and doc given tablets Zifi 0, Doxy, Azithromycin, oflaxin . I taken the medicines 16-17 days and now after 1 month I'm having weakness in legs and body and stomach bloating , pain and Gas and feel like weak stomach. Now I'm taking vizilac  for  15 days and started operamazole from yesterday. Please suggest on the same.

I have high bilirubin and alk phosphates .Also attached the tests . I want to know the reason. Is my lipid profile worse .
