Flu

Since past 5-6 days, I haven't been able to sleep well. Entire day i have sleepiness in eyes but when i try to sleep, I can't. I barely slept 4-5 hours every night since past 4-5 days. I get random thoughts at night and unable to sleep. So i went to a physician yesterday, he said your bp is high, 150/98, i was scared, but he said to check it today morning and evening. Today morning it was normal, 2nd time when i checked at evening it was 138/74, he said its normal. I came home took 4 readings (discarded first) and last 3 were 123/72, 128/76,121/77 . Doctor said it's because lack of sleep, he said go home and modify your lifestyle. But i think i have insomnia, and unable to sleep. How to sleep peacefully for a night? :( And does sleep deprivation cause high blood pressure? I am a lean person, with no bad habits and I don't even eat junk + I exercise 3 days in gym per week. I do have health anxiety tho, whenever something happens to me, i get scared :(. Pls tell me lack of sleep causedis

My ECG says sinus tachycardia, my pulse always hovers between 80-110 during rest. My other vitals are Normal. 2D echo is normal too. Hemoglobin- 12.1 Normal thyroid profile SGOT- 38 Sugar- Normal Anything serious?

From the past few days, i am having heaviness in lower right abdomen heaviness after passing stool. Then after a few hours some sort of sound can be heard and then it leads to some sort of bloating with continuous burping. After burp i felt relaxed then again discomfortness in body.I feel very stressful when burping not comes, i also feel something stuck at the throat and choky feeling.

Hi, Is there any puffiness around eye my friend didn't sleep properly last 2-3 days. As per Google there is many cause but there is no medical history as of now. He had full body check up 2 month back report was normal How to differentiate between normal nd puffy eyes as he has fat check.
