Some red tissue type in stool what cause
I seen on tissue paper that some red tissue dot types coming with stool when I checked on tissue paper past history piles and I feel pain in rectal when defecating and I also strain more no family history of cancer but im worrying about rectal or colon cancer at age 22 with genetic history had piles I daily go to bowel movement 2 times a day on same time have vegetables and non veg together for balance is this cancer?? Coz I can see some tissue dots in stool also have lower right side of abdomen and I gone to gym have eshopagistis and acidity is this piles or fissure or cancers
