Eye twitch
My eyes won't stop twitching for over 2.5 weeks. They just randomly start twitching, super fast for 3-20 seconds any time of the day. I had homeopathy magnesium too. The only deficiencies i have ever had are vitamin d and previously, B12. Other than that it's just allergic rhinitis. I don't drink or smoke. I sleep for a good 8 hours.  I am stressed sometimes. What is causing this?

Get an EEG done, during the episode. Basically it means you will be admitted in an hospital and have EEG for 24 hours. And your brain firings during the episode will provide the appropriate treatment. You condition is called Tics.
Next Steps
Consult a neurologist. Your condition was incurable 3 years back, hope I am wrong. But if nothing works, then reach out to me, not before that.
