Your CBC report shows low hemoglobin ,rbc ,and increase in MCV , could be due to vitamin B12 deficiency.Get your Vitamin B12 level, folate level and iron profile done.

As per the report,you are slightly anemic.not to worry.take plenty of green leafy vegetables. Your esr is also slightly high,suggesting some underlying inflammation.need to be evaluated for that,in case you have any symptoms.
