I had in a hospital for taking care for my mother back 5 days since I m so tensed then suddenly my Bo rises to 160/100 then another day my Bo is 130/70 nd my day time resting pulse in between 75 to 90 and evening resting pulse in between 90 to 103. I had mild little pain in my left tricep nd i feel internal vibration in my hands.sjoukd i be concerned?

From last 7days my mother is getting swelling in single finger joint of single hand. Swelling and slight pain is found only after getting up from bed at morning. Gradually it comes to normal condition with no such pain with time. Again it gets swelling on next morning. She does a lot f exercises due to sciatica pain control. Before 6 months uric acid was checked. And it was within normal limit.
