I am 22 yr old and i just ate strawberry cream biscuit and milky cake.. then right after i test sugar in sugar kit... it shows 155.. am i diabetic? My fasting rate of sugar is 90

My mother is suffering from headache, shoulder pain, neck pain. Sometimes she wakes up from sleep due to pain. If she takes alzolum then she can sleep in a relaxed way. She is also telling during shpwer, she can feel headache due to drop of water. She feels pain in her chest. She starts sweating also. Her blood pressure is 120/70, pulse rate is 69 to 75. I am getting throat pain frequently from 2 months. I took a course of antibiotics ( bactoclav). It disappeared for a week and  again appeared. Any remedies for this ?

Doctor my niece's 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 from government hospital and she took her Last 4th Day 28 Vaccine on 1st March 2023 but today on 22nd March A Street Cat Scratch her with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she have to take booster dose of Rabies vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 ?
