Hi, My TSH ultra-sensitive on Nov 21 was 8.03 and when I tested today it is 4.53. I am taking 25mcg thyroid medicine since 15 days so just want to know is it possible or there can be any chance of today's report being faulty?

Hi , My TSH ultra-sensitive today was 4.53 and I am taking thyroid 25mg medicine. So is my thyroid normal now ( 4.53 ) ? And should I continue the medicine 25mg or stop the medicine ?

10 days ago suffered fiver with chill had been consulted doctor and started ofloxacin tablet 3 days later fiver is gone but start cough so doctor prescribed salbactamycin tablet (Orictum )  two day courses three time now coughing 75 percent relief so my question any lab test will require?

My previous 2 echo reports were absolutely 100% normal. Yesterday i went for my routine checkup and had an echo. The echo reports diagonsed with below findings 1) trivial tricuspid regurgitation 2) trivial mitral regurgitation 3) Mitral valve long and redundant AML Is the above are anything serious for me.. should it make any problem in future and how should i prevent this? My uncle had typhoid when 2nd dose went due for covid vaccine, due to which he couldn't take, but now it's been around a year + 2months since 1st vaccine, gap he didn't got 2nd dose vaccination done... is big is it ok if I get him vaccinated for ,2nd dose now?
