Hi, since last few days I was suffering from neck and overall body pain Mostly it happening while travelling Any help and suggestion would be appreciated

I am 6 months Post partum and have regular pain in lower side of my feet . At times the pain is quite a lot . I feel too fatigued and exhausted too

My 2.5 year old child often has a heating palm  but her body temperature always remain normal. Kindly suggest the cause of this problem and treatment

I was not able to attend school as I am a teacher for 3 days 14th to 16th March 2023 due to extreme vomiting and diarrhoea. I have joined on 17th march 2023.I already have a doctors prescription. I had herpes zoster infection on my right leg. Doctor prescribed virovir 500 thrice for 10 days and aclovir ointment. Now after 20 days some blister are still open but healing. After 10 days of medication, I have stopped taking tablets. Ca I use soframycin on remaining sores or aciclovir ointment. Thanks
