Your ECG suggestive of Normal sinus rhythm with incomplete right bundle branch
In most of the case it is normal to have Incomplete RBBB in ECG , Nothing to worry if you have are Non- smoker and have no symptoms like chest pain and difficulty in breathing on exersion.
