My uncle had typhoid when 2nd dose went due for covid vaccine, due to which he couldn't take, but now it's been around a year + 2months since 1st vaccine, gap he didn't got 2nd dose vaccination done... is big is it ok if I get him vaccinated for ,2nd dose now?

My friend has severe pain in his left leg. It has been 6months and he has this pain. At first the pain starts from his left leg sole then goes up to his calf then backside of his left thigh and then goes to his left hip.
