Doctors، What 3 means at the end of this prescription does it mean 3 injections or it means 3 days ?

Doctors , Folic acid and iron supplement must be eat before food or after food ? Or we can eat it either before food or after food ?

Hi Doctor, I was having pus cells, epithelil cells, RBC and bacterial presence  in urine before on January . I took ciprofloxacin +citralka prescribed by Doctor, But my new urine test which i took now have Pus Cell of 3-4/hpf and epithelial cell of 8-12/hpf and bacteria is not seen but small trace of albumin is there, and no RBC. Is it normal?

I have sudden swelling in my feet and i gained 2 kg weight in three days along with headaches and blood in stool
