Inconsistent temperature
This is regarding my daughter, she is having inconsistent fever for the past seven days ranging from 99 degree Fahrenheit to 104 degree Fahrenheit, she was taking dolo 650 for the last three days but it's not working, just few weeks back she had this inconsistent temperature for a week though she recovered but now it seems the fever is back again, she is feeling quite weak, there is nausea, headache, and experiencing bitter taste, cannot eat anything nor can drink water.

Do blood tests like CBC , dengue, typhoid and malaria.. Dolo is not sufficient..Take a complete antibiotic course also

How old is she? Also a week is a lot i strictly recommend a few tests along with a medication list... Consult if you wish to, if you don't want to at least get her tested for blood test widal covid and dengue

According to your daughter sign and symptom and history she is suffering from fever with nausea, headache and bitter taste . On the basis of her current sign and symptom and history she is suffering from some infection due to Viral and bacterial and in spp plme case systemic infection . You should give complete history about your daughter like age and weight . You can do some test like CBC and ESR and Widal test and Typhidot IgG and IgM and MP and LFT to find out the correct reason of that.
