Depends upon the site where you put your thermometer, axilla or mouth... and also the time of the day when you checked. Usually in morning hours, temperature .ore than 99 is fever, in evening , however, temperature more than 100° is considered as fever. To avoid confusion, do temperature charting, once morning and once in evening. If fever comes up, re start paracetamol, otherwise keep going with the multivitamins for a week or two, depending upon other minor symptoms.
