Zinc content in multivitamin tablet
My doctor perscribed multivitamin tablet (Supradyn daily) for 15 days. It contains 55mg of zinc sulphate. but i read in google 40mg of zinc is overdose. what can I do? can i consume that tablet?

You can take the tablet. All tablets would have come to the market considering all the correct dosing levels. 55 MG of zinc sulphate will definitely have less than 40 MG of zinc. So no need for the worry
