It's been 5days my fever is going down only when am having paracetamol today is the last day of the antibiotic. Can I know how many days it takes to get rid of viral fever ...as the fever coming again again makes me weak

Hi Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am 128kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height or 169cms. I get muscle cramps nowadays. My hip pains on standing for more than 10 minutes. I get hip waist pain on walking for 100 meters. I become breathless too. Unable to climb stairs. I have severe ED problem for the past 2 years.  I daily have medicine 💊 for High BP Concor 5mg and Abel 40mg. I have stator10mg daily. I have Montek AB and foracort 200mg for asthma. I have cetrizine 10mg daily for itching. I have Psychiatric medicine for Psychosomatic GERD Gressami 50mg and Quietegress 50mg daily for the past 2 years. I don't have GERD symptoms after taking Psychiatric medicine. I don't walk or do excercise. I watch only You Tube videos. Always seated or lying on the bed. I did blood test today. My Heamoglobin is low 11.7. My blood PCV is low 37.3, MCV is 82.7 low, mch 25.9 low, mchc 31.3 low. My fasting sugar is 107.2. HBa1c is 5.4. Creatinine is low 0.79. Why low?I am worried.

Urine glucose pp shows not voided in plasma glucose report ..what does it mean to be not voided. Urine glucose -F is Nil.

I was traveling in train and due to sleep I just put my head on train window rod and slept when wakeup I found that there is a rod impression middle of my upper forehead. After that I was anxious . Feels little pain in that area. Is there any concern due to this??

Is gastritis, acidity, acid reflux same? What's the difference between each of them? I see gelusil mentions antacid, antigas liquid. Can anyone explain?

So in September 17, 2021 i had done a ultrasound, it had showed 2.9mm gallbladder polyp. Now after 2 years i have done the ultrasound again. Its still 3mm. Radiologist said that its same only. So, what should I do? Follow up again next year/annually or ignore it?

Is it common. To have extreme hairloss after 3.months of total hysterectomy , have anxiety and depression and taking medicine for a month now and hairloss continues mire than a month , no other symptoms just has gastritis and medicine is going on for that , sometimes urge Incontinence and no other symptoms can this be due to menopause should I get any test done ?
