My cousin has fever since 5 days and as soon he takes pain killers fever goes down after sometime it still comes back unable to do daily routine stuff due to this Attaching his blood reports Please help if it's something serious or not

I have done kidney panel test and in result following is found Urea 12.02 range 17-43 Urea nitrogen blood 5.62 Uric acid. 6.63 HbA1C  8.8 Glucose fasting. 221 I am suffering from gout in both feet. Kindly guide decrease in urea is of concern and further treatment.

Hi my mother is 60 years old and works as a g government teacher. she was sick a couple of days ago. So we have done the complete body check ups and found that she has high SGOT and SGPT values. SGOT is 66 and SGPT is 79. Apart from this  CBC, Lipid, Urine, Thyroid, sugar , a1c all are normal. Do we have to worry about the SGOT and SGPT values? Is there any treatment for this? Please give suggestions.

Hello Doctor, My mother is complaining of little navel bulge which is not painful . But it irritates her when her navel touches in the kitchen slab. It was not present earlier. It happened 20 days ago.

My 3.5 yr old daughter got fever on 2nd April (remained for 3 days). Almost a week later, I started noticing that she is feeling very tired, doesn't want to go to park, not riding her scooter, walking very less. From 2nd April till date, she has got fever 2 more times but after giving paracetamol it goes away. Any idea/suggestions what can I do?

Hello doctor sahab good evening, last 4 days I suffering from mild fever range 99.4 to 100.2 with runny nose blocked nose and body aches with so much yellow phelgum . Last night my right side wisdom teeth is inflamed or swollen. So much pain in right side and after 24 hours I feel my right side neck lymph node is slightly swollen. Is this anything dangerous??? Because google says lymph nodes in neck swollen only after cancer??? Its only noticed and pain after wisdom teeth pain.. No any other complications like cough etc. Please suggest what should I do ??? Should I worry??? Please suggest me. Actually my subscription is over and I renew it after 5 days please help.

I have fever and terrible body ache. But my heart rate is between 110-130 for over 8 hours and won't go down. How do I treat this as my fever is already reducing.

While closing the dry rack, it felt on my finger and my finger turned purplish. Now it's when I press my finger, It feels like the blood is jam there and it feels tight. Also the tip of the finger nail on my thumb. It's it's like feeling like burning. Please tell me what to do what to apply I have added very cold water.
