Weakness and fatigue
Having normal fever from 20 days now feeling fatigue and weakness. Platles counts are 75000 and Tlc is 3400 . Just prescribe some medicine sir .I can't visit Dr right now

Take dolo 650, can be repeated 6 hourly if fever or bodypain. Take Capsule Becozinc once daily for 10 days

20days fever should be addressed as soon as possible.
Except DOLO 650mg 6th hourly, nothing can be prescribed without checking your condition.
Tab.SUPRADYN twice daily for 5days can be taken for weakness.
