I get bruises around my arms and thighs abruptly. And I have no idea how they happen.It's generally a small patch of red/purple color which fades away completely within 10 days. There's no pain or anything around the area only a general bruised sensation if I press the particular area harder. I get them 3-4 times a month. Is it an okay thing or should I be concerned about it?

Hi Doctor, I am having Low B12 in my body. I have done test and i got results B12 is less than 150. Please suggest me vitamin b12 medicine and can I take omega 3 with B12? Do we have any side effects if we take omega 3 with b12 medicine. Thanks

Hello Doctor 10 days back I was suffering from a fever and cold. The fever is gone after 2 days but the cold is still there and feeling throat pain while swallowing. My wife got a fever after me she also has the same symptoms even after 10 days. We have not taken any antibiotics only DOLO for 2 days. Shall we need to worry or need to take antibiotics? Our CBC reports are normal(regular blood test). Please suggest.

Since many weeks i am seeing that even after sleeping enough. My eyes feel sleepy burning and fatigues entire day. Though my body doesn't feel like fatigued at all. Why is it happening? I am a moderately active person. I don't drink or do smoking. Also, my sleep breaks once every night maybe due to insomnia. But i do get around 7-8hours of sleep for sure. Please help me. I had done a complete blood work, all tests were fine. No bp or sugar.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years back and since then I've been taking thyronorm with varied dosage based on my tsh levels. Currently, I was told to take 75 mcg and that turned out to be too much for me and my tsh dropped to 0.003 Then we switched to 50 mcg but now with that my tsh is 9.3 (current dosage is not sufficient) Is it safe if I go ahead and try the dosage of 62.5 mcg which might be the correct dosage for me?

Hi, after cat scratches. I had taken 3 doses of rabies vaccine in October 2022. Last month on 12 the march, 2023 I got little dog byte & doctor asked to take 3 doses but due to some reasons I took only 2 doses and missed 3rd dose. Do I need to take that 3 doses again or it's fine now ?

Hi, Is rabies vaccine booster shot different than normal rabies vaccine shots ( which are given after dog byte ) ?
