Esr 25 and cough
My brother (30yrs old) has mild cough from a month. There's no other symptom. No shortness of breath is there. He does not smoke. We had his X-ray and esr done. Esr is 25 and X-ray reports are attached which show prominent bronchovascular findings. Cough is mild. There's no wheezing. What it can be please suggest.

It can be allergic exposure to dust ,smoke, humidity, work place particle ,fungus etc.. if not infective Chest Xray not clear CBC AEC And S Ig E
