I am experiencing severe pricking sensation, pain and swelling continuously from January 2021 , all the tests were conducted on me like creatinine, uric acid, diabetes, etc ., But still my toe problem is not diagnosed, i have visited multiple doctors for past 2 years ( i don't want to name ) but i have not got any solution to my problem, yesterday i checked with vitamin b12 after lunch and showed readings on 120 , is it of any concern and kindly suggest me a solution to my toe problem, it is really becoming painful and worse by each passing day

My husband has been suffering from fever since last 10 days. All the test reports came out normal but every day he gets extreme chills followed by high fever of 103°. The doctor we visited told us that it's just viral fever which is caused by virus + bacteria and it will be over after a week. But even after taking his prescribed medicines nothing has changed a bit. Medicines are - Cepodem-XP 325mg, Meftal Forte Tab, Pantocid 40mg, Montair LC Tab, Oxyrac-M tablet. I am extremely worried. Please guide and help us.
