Steam inhalation may be with Vicks/amrutanjan/tulsi leaves/Karvol Plus inhalant capsule
Saline/Betadine solution gargles at least 3times a day
Take plenty of water
Avoid fast food and oily spicy food
Avoid cool drinks ,ice , icecream & cold water

Can take paracetamol 6 to 8 hrly forxrelief from fever and bodyache.can take benadryl 6 to 8 hrly,though it can make you drowsy.
