Post covid, I had regular burping .. with treatment it got cured. However I started having another issue where I have bloating at times and stools with mucus. When I take medicine it goes away but after few days again comes back . I work in software industry and most of the times I will be under stress . Is it due to stress or ibs ? Kindly suggest as it affects my daily routine

My pain in left arm subsides when I burp or pass gas from below. I have no digestive issues or acidity. I eat and digest all food. But somehow a little gas is formed and the arm starts paining a bit. Doesnt affect my daily routine. Applied hot water bag today and feeling better. Shud I take ultracet as pain killer and antacid or unienzyme for a few days ?
