From last few days m having lots of acnes on my face especially in jaw line and sides of forehead.. now from last two days a big pimple like thing has come on my neck.please suggest what is it..is it a pimple or something else..

I am facing issues of gas formation in my left arm and left ribs. Have  muscle pain too. When I burp or pass gas, there is relief in pain. No digestion issues or burning issues in chest. I take Rabesac DSR once a day if I feel the burps are not coming out easily. Kindly suggest medicine for cure. Thanks

Hi doctors, I am concerned about my weight loss. My height is 174 cm and my current weight is around 93 kgs. 3 years back my weight was approximately 78 kgs. From the past 3 years, I was staying away and was consuming fast food almost daily. Till end of January this year my weight was 105 kgs approximately. But since early February I have completed stopped consuming fast food and have shifted to less oil, less fat based home food and fruits. Also I had started some exercise (walking 3 times a week). Though I stick to my diet, the exercise is not regular. Within 3 and half months roughly I lost 12 kgs. I also have health anxiety and issues, my blood pressure and pulse rate was also significantly high for a considerable duration. I wanted to know if the weight loss seems to be drastic. I don't have hyperthyroidism. Though I want my weight to reduce at least to 80 kgs but I am worried about the rate of decrease. It will be very helpful if you can share your opinion.

How to get relief from period cramps..Everymonth it's very tough to cope with the pain. 1 to 3 days there is tremendous pain with puking tendency.

My blood pressure ranges from 130/80 to 140/90 . I have slightly high uric acid of 6.2 mg/dl  . Should I take Telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide containing tablet Tazloc 40mg . I have grade 1 fatty liver and have no diabetes.

I'm experiencing fast heartbeats for a few days. It happens some times in day and when it does I don't feel good, I panic. I was fine until I started staying home. It's been 5 months now, I've gotten out of my home maybe just like 10 times. I messed up my sleep schedule and I usually always have troubles staying asleep for more than 2 hrs. When my heart rate is fast, I check m bp but it's completely normal. Idk if I have an anxiety issue. I had anxiety in the past but when I started going to academy regularly it vanished. When I meet my loved ones, I sleep really nice and this problem diminishes a lot. I'm confused whether it's an anxiety or sleep deprivation type issue or its something else caused due to inactivity of my body.
