My brother's heart rate is going between 60 to 50 in sleep is this ok? The rest heart rate is between 60 to 80.

How long can stray monkey saliva remain active or infectious if falling on wet vegetables being carried in a plastic or polythene bag? I kept the bag aside till next day morning and tried to keep for over half an hour in sunlight, but still vegetables were wet when I took them out after 24 hrs as they were in plastic bag so still retained some water. My mother touched one vegetable before I could wash them all. Can she get rabies if she touched her nose or eyes after that which I saw her doing as she came from kitchen? Temp here is around 34/28 Celcius here. Kindly guide if vaccination needed? I am worried about my mother.
