Does sleep helps to recover from concussion?I got my head hit one month ago but has no symptoms at all.But am worried to sleep?

I got bp after my delivery. It's 7 moths after delivery as per doc advice I am taking amalong 5 mg in the night and she asked to continue as it became chronic. I am taking the medicine regularly but last two days noticed my bp is going 170/110. I missed to take my thyroid tablets can it also be a reason for this ? Additionally I have started going office where there is change in my routine and also learning car  these things contribute this high bp ?

I feel pain in my leg when they are on resting state. At night i feel restless and not sble to sleep. Even painkillers are not helping. I am taking homeopathic treatment which is also not helping. From the past few days i have noticed that after passing bowel, i gradually start to feel heaviness kind of feeling in right lower abdomen, bodily discomfortness and feels irritated throughout the day, but gradually decreases the heaviness and at evening the intensity of heaviness gets decreased. With this issue i feel sleepiness during day time, lower body dicomfortness and burping. I was diagnosed with mild gastritis few months back, was on medication for gastritis. USG report says normal. When i was diagnosed with gastritis, my cbc and urine report also were normal. Till now i do not have any pain in stomach/abdomen, only heaviness. This stomach issue are affecting me alot and it is interfearing in my daily life and it is affecting me alot. Please doctor guide me in this regard.

In my left hand BP is 120/89 and in my right hand bp is 120/81 is this difference significant? I was feeling a little bit dizzy due to lack of sleep.
