Respected sir, If a dog bite/scratch victim's wound come in contact with the wound or mucus membrane of a second person then does the second person require Anti RabiesVaccine???? If the wound of dog bite victim is not exposed to air then is the second person still safe without ARV?

If the wounds of the two remain in contact with each other for at least 6 hours and both the wounds are raw then you can get indirect transmission of Rabies.
Mind you, it can happen only in the case of wife and husband or it can happen in others if both are equally foolish.
