Yesterday while having dinner, I had chest discomfort that lasted for 5-7 minutes along with light sweat on the forehead only.. Is it due to anxiety or some other serious, life threatening condition(such as heart disease or lung disease)?
P.S: During these 5-7 minutes my heart rate was fast and I could breathe fully only once..
