Sir/ma'am. Good morning. I have been facing issues regarding too much sleep since past few months. I regularly take sound sleep of 7hrs but even after that I feel sleepy all the day and take additional sleep of 2-3 hours. On weekend I tend to sleep 10-13 hrs straight and often skip lunch. Is there anything wrong with my body? My water intake is adequate and have no history of any illness or medicine.

Which medicine is safe for loose motion as I am breastfeeding mother. Please guide.

I was given 2 booster anti rabies vaccines on 14/03/2023 and 17/03/2023 respectively. Today morning around 5:00 am, a Mole rat (Chachunder) dashed at me, I felt little tinge, whether it bit/scratched I am not sure. Will I have to take Anti rabies injections again? Does the 3 months protection after taking ARV work for booster doses as well or only after taking full dose of 5 ARVs? Regards.

I am very very worried please help. A mole rat bit me today, no visible blood but after applying Dettol to the place where it bit, I accidentally touched a steel tumbler (paani peene wala glass) kept on dining table. So I removed it from there and kept it away. But my 78 year grandmother on waking up took the steel tumbler from there and drank water from it after 45 min to an hour I think. Now I am very worried what do I do? Do we have to give her anti rabies injection? She was given anti tetanus injection in 2020 but the compounder administered it in her waist region saying she is very thin so he can't find enough muscles in arm.  Can she get tetanus from above situation or rabies? Please help, there are COVID cases in city so I don't know if I should take her to Doctor.

Hello, just a simple question. It is said that you should get a tetanus toxoid booster every 5 years. But if someone was vaccinated 3 years back with an injection given in waist instead of the upper arm, will the tetanus toxoid vaccine (the one available at medical stores) still be effective? There was no bite just a person drank from a vessel that had probably saliva of a rat, in this case my grandmother.

Can I take rabies vaccine as precaution or as a prevention , what is the procedure, do I need a prescription for that?

Semi liquid motion in the morning and after that constant urge to poop all the day but nothing comes out. taking tryptomer 25 mg and lonazep.0.5 for sleep disorder and anxiety. please advise
