My father age is 73 years now before 3 month cretanine level was 1.17 now it's 1.48 also gfr is 50 is it something serious, or because in last 3 months he was once have fever for 5 days and now he is having loose motions for who he is taking antibiotics for last 3 days .pls tell

Father's age 72 having blood pressure and diabetic is on medication of both . From few days he is suffering from loose motions so he became even more weak does want to eat anything,he said that he doesn't get any taste. Can we give ripe banana in loose motions

No fever , only cough , tinge of blood came from my throat while coughing is  it dangerous ... Only once .. is it something to worry about

My father age 72 having bp and sugar problem is sometimes having insomnia problem he doesn't sleep at all at night .so I consulted the doctor he prescribed him Sove it 6 .25 one tablet at bed time but I didn't get it in my near market then again I consulted him he changed it to zolfresh 5 mg . Now he is out of station so I am confused, earlier it was 6.25 now 5 mg . Can I cut zolfresh 5 in half an give it to him

Since 3-4 days i have seen that i get scratchy throat, and yesterday when I extracted snot(mucus from sinus) it was like stringy and thick. Then at night i had extracted the snot again from the sinus and that time I saw there was a little blood in it, and the snot was white. Today morning i extracted snot, it was yellow and had blood in it(less that yesterday). Please help me i am scared. Apart from this i have this white thing under my tonsil, is this some kind of infection? I am outside India and scared. Please help me

Hi my brother has been detected with dengue on today is day 5 - His platelet count is 78k this morning. Does he need to get admitted ? Doctor he's consulting says he can get admitted if he's worried but this is the nature of the infection with platelet drop. Since there is not firm reply on hospitalisation from the doctor - is hospitalisation needed or advised ? Can we wait and do one more cbc tomorrow ? Fever has broken and he has no worsening symptoms - just tiredness.

Hello, my Hemoglobin has been dropped from 9.8 to 8.9 in last 2 months. I have thalassemia minor. I have IBS and gastritis from last 7 months and treatment is on for that. How do I tavkle this situation now?
