Flu cold malaria dengue
I have been suffering from a cold since last Saturday and my fever came up last Saturday I took the PCM on Saturday the fever is gone but after that, I got chills a condition in which sudden sweat came out and so much weakness. Pls help me.

Monitor temperature if raised take Tab PCM 500 mg SOS along with plenty of fluids. If symptoms remain persist go for Blood investigation like CBC with PCV, Serum NS1 antigen, Typhoid dot. Malaria antigen. And consult physician accordingly
