My husband always gets high grade fever (102-103) whenever he catches a cold/flu. Each time he takes dolo 650 mg but still fever does not respond . He is allergic to ibuprofen. What medication can he take to safely reduce fever at home ?

Since lockdown I'm facing anxiety issues and panic attacks. 2021 I took full body test and my reports were completely normal including sugar, thyroid and bp. Now recently I'm facing some lightheaded/dizziness along with frequent pins and needles in foot and hands along with burning sensation in foot. I'm really scared with my symptoms. I have sometimes frequent bowel and bladder issues as well. I need to know the reason and let me know how to overcome.
