Chest Injury
I got minor chest injury in chest 65 days ago by hitting into table. On pressing injured area hard by thumb it is paining.And Muscles around the tender area does not seem as smooth as it was before. X Ray report and ceratine and uric acid blood test are totally normal.What could be the issue and how long tenderness may lie there?

A bump on back in line with spinal cord
A mosquito bite kind of bump is seen on my back (Size is around 20-30 mm diameter). Earlier it reduced but now that bump size is increasing. Not any pain in general but if you press then very little pain is felt.
What could the reason? I have no clue what it is.

High Vit B12 levels
Hello,
At a recent blood test, my vit B12 levels are 1290 and vit D levels are 8.69 (deficient).
Is there a problem with my health? What shall I do to bring it to normal levels? I am currently not taking any kind of supplements.
