I'm allergic to cold and fried products. So whenever I eat anything cold or fried, I start sneezing, experience throat issues, and have a runny nose, which can last for a couple of days and even longer if no medicines are taken. I can't even go out now as I start sneezing and get a runny nose when I am exposed to too much sun, or I even get sick when raindrops fall on my head. I've fallen sick three times in the last two weeks due to this.

My husband age 47 height 6.2 weight 100kg.He have high pressure 160/102.Presently he is taking Prolomet XL50 & Telvas H 80.He is very angry all the time.Earlier his pressure was 220/120.Can someone please guide how to overcome this problem. Thanks in advance

I recently did iron profile tests. My HB is 11. Serum iron is 86. TIBC 267, UIBC 181 and ferritin 457. Is is bad to have ferritin level so high?
