I have intermittent shoulder pain due to work nature(sitting work computer). Pain comes and go and that time I used Volitra gel and did some exercise( prescribe by orthopaedic). From last 3 days having left shoulder pain but this time along with left palm(inside area of palm) What is this pain related to? What should be my next step? Due to shoulder pain in both right and left I did all heart related test(echo, holter, ECG) and reports were normal. Cervical Spine AP/Last: Normal USG whole abdomen: Normal Chest Xray: Normal
