Having fever 100.5 , runny nose, sneezing, body ache from yesterday. Taken paracetamol and chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg. Kindly help me.

My father has been taking ecospirin for the last 1 year but from the past 2-3 months he is having blood from mouth in the morning only, I want to know what can be the cause?

My brother (30yrs old) has mild cough from a month. There's no other symptom. No shortness of breath is there. He does not smoke. We had his X-ray and esr done. Esr is 25 and X-ray reports are attached which show prominent bronchovascular findings. Cough is mild. There's no wheezing. What it can be please suggest.
