From today morning I feel something heavy at center of my chest. There no pain just feels uneasy. The. I started walking and while walking gas comes out from my mouth every times when I start walking. I have taken Pantop -D for gas and had my food after that but still I'm feeling heavy at center of my chest. Please let me know the reason.

Today morning, a small non rusty iron nail fell on my left leg thumb and pricked (not deep). I just had a drop of blood after that... I cleaned it with dettol.. Just to mention that the nail was pierced in wooden cupboard and while taking it out for reparing, my carpenter accidentally dropped from his hand. Hi. I?m on anxiety medications - ciplar 10 mg and esteem 0.25 mg since one month. Last night i had kind of anxiety attack and was feeling breathlessness and also i feel difficulty in swallowing saliva . I can swallow food and liquids easily but sometimes i feel the saliva gets stuck in throat. Is this something to worry about? Or is this post covid symptoms? I had covid in 2022 January. I also feel fullness in ears all the time just like when a person go at higher altitude.
