Today morning when I woke up my left cheek started feeling numb, I mean it's wierd not tooo much but mild, even now in the evening it's mild wierd feeling like tingling, ( no other pain like chest pain, weakness , blurry vision , head pain nothing) but only left cheek is mind numb, is it serious? Do can I just ignore for now and consult after 24h

Hello, i am having pain in leg ,last time when i checked my vitamin d is 23.3. Do i need to take any medicine of vitamin d and b12. can u  suggest what i need to take.

3 weeks back I had fever followed by dysentery after 2 days and this head problem. While fever and dysentery went away, the head prob did not. I consulted with a GP he said It may be due to hormonal imbalance (as I had a kidney removal surgery in July). I still had doubts so I went to an Opthomologist, there I discovered that my eye power has changed to cylindrical. As soon as I wore the corrected glass there was some relief from the stiffness But again today there is stiffness around the head, back, forth, on the sides, left ear gets blocked, stiffness on the back of the neck , plus it feels warm in those areas and when I sleep of lie down I feel it moving across the head. Please Please help me with this , it's been 3 weeks of this , I just had a surgery and now this head thing I'll be eternally grateful

Hello doctors, Is yoga (all three combined: asanas, pranayama, meditation) 30-45 mins everyday enough for total well-being of your health? Or do you actually need some sort of physical exercise?

Hi. From past 4 days I am feeling very light kind of tremors on fingers and on lips. No thyroid history. Got it tested recently. Before this, had etoshine 90 and gabapin nt 100 for 5 days as prescribed by doctor. Had pain in fingers. Anti ccp negative and RA factor in control. Had high BP reading..taking olmighty am 20 from past 5 days. It's under control now. Taking regular vitamin d and b12 medicine.
