I have grade 1 fatty liver as i m having dengue. Is this serious problem or can be curable at home itself?

I have been feeling abdominal pulse strongly for the past 1 year almost everyday. If I keep any object like a mobile or book, it moves with heart beat. What can be the reason for it? I have IBS and doctor suggested that I am at risk of piles by looking at my anus and asked me to include high fibre diet. Is it something related to abdominal aortic aneurysm? When I had a whole body health checkup last month, all the results were normal.

My mother recently diagnosed with blood infection her WBC count is 21200 doctor has prescribed her antibiotic maromac 1g for 5 days she is having IV in her hand it is compulsory to use everytime glucose for antibiotic or we can give directly in iv.

I had a fever with cough and cold  7days back. I was prescribed 3days antibiotics with paracetamol.now cold and fever is gone ,But body pain and weakness is still there and after a little walk I feel feverish  (99 f just after the walk but it comes down quickly after rest within 5 min) Is it normal?
