Hi dear
Women do experience mild pain in breast as the cycle changes due to changes in hormones. If u are getting pain at same time of ur periods it is mostly hormonal and so in this case mild pain killers can help if u have more pain
. But if u are felling that there is any lump or the pain is very sharp without any lump then we need to investigate further to find the cause
